Faculty of Engineering Sriracha was established for expanding educational opportunities and supporting the development of economic zones in the eastern seaboard area. With a focus on producing graduates and developing engineering workforce in various fields. As well as studying, researching and providing academic services for supporting industrial development operations.

1. Graduate Production Policy
The faculty will develop and expand graduate-level programs to meet evolving industry demands while producing graduates with desired competencies and skills. This includes upgrading experimental laboratories to strengthen academic and research capabilities, implementing e-learning systems to support distance learning for external participants, and inviting specialists from the Eastern Industrial Zone to participate in relevant courses and share practical expertise with students.
2. Research Policy
The faculty aims to establish comprehensive academic and research collaboration networks with domestic institutions, particularly Eastern Industrial estates, and international partners. Research groups will be promoted to produce high-quality research, knowledge, and innovation aligned with national strategies. The faculty will encourage the practical application of research outcomes, knowledge, and innovations to solve community and national problems while focusing research efforts to support and respond to Eastern Region industrial development needs.
3. Academic Service Policy
The faculty will promote and support academic services by research groups to integrate knowledge from academic service experiences with teaching and research activities. This policy emphasizes actively disseminating knowledge and innovations to communities and the nation while fostering meaningful connections between academic expertise and community needs through collaborative engagement.
4. Institutional Image Policy
The faculty will enhance public recognition of knowledge, innovations, and activities generated through graduate production, research, and academic services. This includes promoting activities that strengthen unity among faculty personnel, supporting and participating in projects following His Majesty’s royal initiatives, and maintaining and promoting Thai traditions and cultural heritage through various community activities.
5. Management Policy
The faculty will implement governance-based management systems with strong leadership principles and establish agile management systems that reduce bureaucratic procedures through information system integration. This includes supporting efficient and sufficient resource utilization across all operations, enhancing staff knowledge and skills to promote career advancement in academic, professional, and administrative tracks, encouraging active participation in faculty, community, and social activities, and creating work incentives that benefit both the faculty and broader community.
